Powertrain Blockset provides ready-to-use vehicle models for gasoline, diesel, hybrid, fuel cell, and electric powertrains. It includes components like engines, motors, batteries, transmissions, tires, and controllers.

Use the Virtual Vehicle Composer app to configure and parameterize models. Prebuilt workflows support component resizing, model calibration, shift schedule optimization, and deep learning estimator generation. Models support tradeoff analysis, control tuning, and HIL testing—and are fully open for customization.

Interactively parameterize, configure, and build virtual vehicles to analyze fuel economy, EV range, energy management, and performance.

Engine and Motor Resize Workflows

Use predefined workflows in Virtual Vehicle Composer to resize engines and mapped motors by high-level specs like max power. Controllers are auto-recalibrated for the new size.
